Refund Policy

All sales are final

NoGlyph Studios sells licensed digital software, including Blueprint Stack. Because our products are delivered electronically and grant immediate access to license keys, files, and downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on the basis of change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, insufficient hardware, incompatibility with unsupported engine versions, or failure to review product requirements before purchase.

When a refund may be considered

We will consider a refund request only where the product is materially different from what was described on this site at the time of purchase, or where the product does not function as advertised and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable support window. In either case, you must contact us within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date and provide sufficient detail (order ID, description of the issue, steps to reproduce, and system information) for us to investigate.

What does not qualify for a refund

The following situations do not qualify for a refund: - You changed your mind, no longer need the product, or purchased by mistake. - Your hardware, operating system, or Unreal Engine version does not meet the documented requirements. - You are unable or unwilling to follow the installation or configuration instructions. - You have already downloaded, activated, or used the licensed files. - The issue you are reporting is caused by third-party software, custom engine forks, or modifications outside our control. - You are requesting a refund because a discount, sale, or promotion started after your purchase. - The purchase was made more than fourteen (14) days ago.

Chargebacks and disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us denies us the opportunity to resolve the issue and may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your account and license. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us first. We respond to legitimate issues quickly and in good faith.

Approved refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The associated license will be revoked and you must delete all copies of the licensed files from any device under your control. Partial refunds are not offered. Processing times are set by the upstream payment provider (typically five to ten business days).

Subscriptions and recurring payments

If any NoGlyph product is sold on a subscription or recurring basis, you may cancel renewal at any time from your account, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable statutory rights that apply to you in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you a right to a refund that this policy would otherwise exclude, that law controls.
